Some boys like to make models of cars... or planes and tanks...
I made a model of a tree.
From scratch!
I collected twigs from the bush - bent and glued them together to create the main form - carefully added a modelling plaster to unify it all - painted it to resemble old wood - and glued on many, many plastic leaves I bought in a hobby store.
My little log cabin looks pretty good beneath it.
